i called to cancel order before 15 day trail was over and the agent sent me to a cancel website. i was not able to cancel using website and called back. agent told me to e-mail [email protected] to cancel and i got a reply back to use cancel website and still could not cancel. have e-mailed back to support to cancel order and am not getting response back. i have been charged 88.95 and am really upset. i will file complaint with my bank if this is not resolved. read full review »
