I purchased two high end appliances from this store; 1 - a Miele dishwasher and 2 - a Electrolux Refrigerator. After waiting for delivery like I was waiting for cable installation; between the hours of 12 - 5, I finally called at 5:30 to ask if the appliance was going to delivered this day. I was told that yes in fact it would be and that they were running late, of course it never occurred to them to call me to let me know they were running late.
