I purchased an LG TV from Video Only in 2008. The panel went out 10 months after purchase and LG eventually issued a Return Authorization letter. I took the letter and the TV back to the Federal Way Video Only where the purchase was made and was informed that Video Only doen't honor manufacturer RA's from LG. So I guess that when Video Only claims on their website that they have unparallelled customer service, they really mean that it is worse than anyone else. read full review »
