I was once employed at this lowes. First off I had to train myself. I soon realized that I knew more about the department i worked in (hardware) and the products than my department manager. She was very lazy and incompetant ( I hear she still is). If you work here long enough you realize the store is run by CSA's the managers ( Department, Zone, Operations, and Store Manager) are idiots. The higher your rank the less you know.
