My car was involved in an accident, the insurance company claims it is totaled and at a value of half of what it actually is(truck with my correct milage is listed on kbb and nada and other sites as being 8500, loan value is 7800, and retail value is 7200; universal casualty company quoted me a price of 4000 and that is not including the 15% they get to keep" . I have talked to 5 other insurance agencies, and 6 dealerships and they have all said the same thing! When trying to get ahold of universal casualty company I get unreturned phonecalls, and now my truck is sitting in a lot...collecting storage fee's until this gets resolved! read full review »
