Initially, I was told issues be added as a renewal if I already subscribed. Not true. So, I cancelled before receiving a magazine. When Synapse notified 'Time' magazine, they told them to cancel 15 months of magazines. Time claims they do what a subscribed service tells them. Synapse says they didn't bill me for 15 months. They sure managed to rip me off for 15 months of 'Time' magazine (worth over $150). Multiple calls, no corrections. read full review »
