I have sent certified letters, emails, and phone calls trying to get help with loan modification. They never responded and they just kept sending me from representative to representative. I requested not to have my insurance escrowed and was told I have to have my mortgage for 24 months. I sent back stating that I have had my mortgage for 36 months. The apologized told me what to do and then when I do it I get a letter saying I cant do it because it is not a provision in my loan.
