I wanted to purchase a set of steel wheels for a 97 CR-v. The webpage made it appear that the wheels are new. In fact it says, 'In most cases our OEM replacement or aftermarket Honda CRV 15' x 6' Steel Wheel is cheaper than a used one and doesn't require any repair time.' No where I could find did it say the wheels were 'refurbished.'
