Uverse was installed October 24, 2008. First service call was October 26, 2008. And, additional calls have been made on the AVERAGE of once a week, some weeks more often. Service stalls out - no phone, internet and television. Service people have been really nice and apologize profusely for our having problems. They have finally gotten it that unplugging the boxes, holding buttons and other stuff is totally useless to get the system up and running.
