I am very disappointed with the service I received at buy.com. I ordered a coffee pot but when I received it, it was not the one I ordered. After several inquiries, I found out that the sku number on the website did not match the picture of the item that was for sale. The item pictured was a much more expensive model than what was sent. I emailed them and let them know that I wanted the coffee pot in the picture and they told me that they could not do that. They could refund me what I paid and I was welcome to place another order. They did not even address the fact that they are falsely advertising. I will never buy from them again. read full review »
