This is the poorest excuse for a cell phone company ever. Their service sucks. Their customer service is a joke. Why are they all from INDIA? Why can NONE of them speak English? Even in the Cricket stores, they are all foreign. And here is my biggest bitch with them-why do they accept CASH ONLY??? Is it because if they are unexpectedly deported they can take their cash with them??? I am canceling all 4 of my lines and going to a REAL cell phone company.
