I received a letter from my bank, this past Friday, telling me that they had cashed a check for $33.98. I only had $1.32 in my accoount at the time and so with the required $32 NSF fee that was added, I went from $1.32 to the good, to $64.66 in the negatory!! I know I'll never see the $32 NSF fee again but I want the $33.98 which was taken for nothing. When I called their office, where I was given this web-site, I was also given a complaint/refund number if that will help expedite the situation!! The number is: 3828965.
