I purchased two pairs of tall black ugg boots from them and they are not the real boots they are fake and the sizes were not correct. I followed all of the directions to return them over a month ago and still have not received my refund. I tried to email them and they will not responsed. I also tried to call the number on their web site and it said mail box is full try again later. I am very disappointed in this company. read full review »
