This product does not work, , I have had it for 3 months now and the bugs actually walk on both units that were sent to me. I paid $29.95 plus $17.90 for shipping and handling. I called these people today (1-866-214-5141), this is the number I called at Dynamic Response Group. They told me they cannot refund nor send a replacement, due to the fact that we had them for 3 months. As I look over all the complaints, this product just does not work.
