It looks like all GSMmonster.com sales is defective merchandise that's supposed to be new. I read the return policy after I had placed my order for the bluetooth headset and I tried to cancel my order right away, but no one responded.I was hoping everything would be okay, but it wasn't. The bluetooth never worked from the beginiing and the return policy stated all sales were final and if there's a problem send it to the manufacturer. I should've checked the return policy first.
