you call tech support for help. they need more help than you do. put on hold forever. when you get a tech, he is in a foreign country and can hardly speak english, must less understanding what he says. SUPRISE< SUPRISE< SUPRISE. you know more than he knows. he couldn't help you if he REALLY wanted to.
