This is in response to Laxmi Nair's complaint about receiving the parcel and tracking number. I too was in the same situation about an year ago. I too had ordered online but had never received the package. They had tracking number, but I never received the packet. We recently found out that the postman had some problem and never delivered the item. Till now, I am furious that I had not received the parcel. There was not signature too.
