I bought a Buick Park Ave new with Onstar new in 2003 and last year, I can no longer use it. and I have gotten no help in getting a replacement for it. That was the big selling point of why I purchased it for safety reasons. Question, WHY I can't have a replacement installed on my car. It only has 42, 000 mikes on it and I am not going to trade it .. What would you do should this happen to you?????
