I purchased a Compaq Notebook PC on 4/13/07. I had to take it to be repaired by the 3rd month, and the notebok was keep in the repair shop for about 4 months. After I finally got it back, it was not working so I had to take it back to Conns and it was sent again for repair. I had to pick it up at a different location and was threatened that they were going to keep the notebook. The cd's and manuals were not included.
