In October of 2005 after Katrina, I bought a Kenmore Pro Elite Refrigerator, and I did not buy a warrenty due to the fact that I expected Sears to stand up to its good name and do the right thing. My refrigerator does not work yet again. The freezer at this present time is about 38 degrees and the refrig part is about 48-50 degrees, I have had the refrigerator serviced at least 5 times for different problems and I have lost about 3500- 4000 dollars worth of food.
