I was sent a free trial product for ACAI Berry for $5.04 and then 14 days later was charged $71.35 and they sent me another bottle without my consent and no packing slip or return address either!!! I cannot get a hold of anyone or even a legite business name. When you pull up the web site all you get is the "free trial" stuff. Nothing referring to customer service or membership cancellations! The telephone on the bottle is 1-800-278-3620 and I can't get thru!
