I had a checker make an error on my grocery order. I only discovered the error after she completed the transaction. I ask for a correction of the error and was told I would have to go stand in line at the customer service counter; she did not have the authority to correct it. I ask for a manager, which she called (three times) and I stood there for at least 15 minutes with no manager ever coming to the check stand. I was furious!
