My e-mailed quote was 3 men/$80 plus $20 fuel surcharge with a 3 hour minimum. I spoke with Mike two times on the phone; I emailed him an Excel file of my belongings and again verbally told them what belongings I had to move. I had two calls with Mike assuring me my one-bedroom move would take 3 hours.They slow-walked the move and took from 9 am to 7 pm to move my belongings 20 minutes from one house to the other.
