i ordered trial sample of product, which i received but there was no address or phone number on product in which to cancel within the 14 day trial period, didn't find number of company till received my credit card bill which by that time they had sent another shipment, same way with no address or phone number on it. i called number on the credit card and they did refund the second charge but said that i didn't cancel within the trail period so couldn't refund the first charge. told them that i would return product as didn't... read full review »
