I purchased a Gigabyte motherboard from Newegg in November 08 which had a $20 rebate. Still have not received it after numerous calls. After doing research that I should have done before buying a Gigabyte product I've found that this is not uncommon with them. Also I've found that if I have to do an RMA, I may or may not get the board back. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Bottom line is do not buy their products unless you don't mind very poor customer service. read full review »
