After my experience with this company and the amateurish way in which they handled the business I gave to them, I will NEVER AGAIN use them. Their mismanagement of my issues and NO resolution to date, only proves their ineptitude. Thanks.

Ross Crap
Ross Dress For More Stores. Purchased product for $39. Returned as defective. Scanned as marked-down for $27 (for return purposes). Store would not honor the $12 difference, even as a store credit (as receipt was not available) even though it was OWED the customer. Will NEVER set foot into said store/s, again.
