On 3-29-09 we done a survey online and ivory white offered a free trial for $1.00 after putting our bank information in and clicking it did we realize it was not a $1.00 so immediately after reading this we called them and canceled the man said it had already been shipped out he put in the computer that the product is canceled while I was on the phone with him and he said to send the box back .
