Douglas Blake and Ken Blake of Cross Creek Properties does a pathetic job of deck building for us. We entered into Time and Material contract with Doug Blake, they made us buy all the material and had never showed up to work. We have tried calling them several times a day but they will never pick up the phone nor they would call us back when we leave the Voice Messages.
