My wife and I had booked a cruise directly with the cruiseline. Upon having a conversation with Roxanne Neukam @ Cruise Conneected, she stated she would rebate us $300 for giving her the booking. So with a discount over direct price could not pass that up. she stated she got paid after the cruise. So we tried to call her and with numerous emails and phone calls she never responded.
