I authorized $1.98 for shipping and handling for a Grant CD but received no CD or any other material. I called to request the CD. Then a "Gary" talked about their web site which would have useful(???) information. He spoke of no additional charges. I was charged $69.95 (supposedly after 7 days) for an on going "membership".
