I don't have much to say other than that the people working at US Airways Mastercard are among the rudest and most unprofessional I've encountered in dealing with credit cards. They treated me like I was a child and after the phone call I wrote and mailed a letter. They responded with 2 sentences which was pretty much a slap in the face. I cannot wait to pay this card off so I can close the account and be done with them forever. Be careful if you're considering signing up with them.
