My kids bought a couch at Bob's Furniture. The first two came in damaged and finally the third couch was ok. In three months the living room was infested with carpet beetles. The exterminator said that they were definitely in the couch as when he went to kill them they crawled back into the couch. Bob's will NOT stand by their furniture. However someone told me that a place where she worked had a Bob's couch dellived also and it was filled with bugs. They did take it back. They will not give us back our money.
