MGC bought our mortgage in June, 2008. Since then, they have held payments for up to 30 days, deposited two checks at once, not deposited at all, etc. After months of trying to pay our mortgage on time, we received a letter saying that we were 4 payments behind and that they were going to foreclose. I submitted a written dispute and never received a response. Then I called and called and called... and left about 200 messages.
