I ordered strawberry, bananna pancake and ham. the pancake were dry and the ham was not cooked. we requested the manager (Bob ) night shift.. first of all a manager is the highest position that night. If a customer has a complaint the manager is suppose to listen, instead he came over with an chip on his shoulder . in all my experience, i have never met a manager that did not or would not listen to his customers. I was not a money issue.. we can afford to pay for our food plus everyone that was in the resturant that night... i will not be eating there again in my life time - very poor managers skill.. he should be fired.. read full review »
