Here is the scenerio --- tried their product during the 21 day free trial. It burnt my gums soo bad, that I couldnt eat at all for a week. Had to choose liquids for my diet. I called them within the first week to cancel, and I was assured that it was taken care off. But, on the 21st day a charge appeared on my account. So, I emailed them promptly and asked them to do the needful (the correct thing! -- remove the charge).
