Cyberdefender operates by threatening and abusing customers over the phone., If you call to inquire about the product, they will end up getting your credit card (since they say they cannot answer questions w/o a valid cc) however, they assure you that it will not be used for charges. Before you know it, they sign you up for a $269 program that you dfo NOT need.
