We purchased a 2009 Tomos Streetmate R. We have only owned it for 31 days. The moped has 75 miles on it. The moped was in the shop for 2 weeks out of the 31 days we have owned it. Needless to say the moped has been rode 4 times and 2 of the times was when we drove it home from the dealer. The problems we currently have is the moped stalls and the engine shuts off when riding it. It did it when we drove it down the road and at all stop signs.
