An unknown charge of $72.21 showed up on my Child Support Debit Card on a date to which I had no transactions. I called the number on my monthly statement only to be harrassed, hung up on and given the runaround by some customer service agents in India. When I called they asked for my phone number to which I gave them and they proceeded to tell me that I had multiple active accounts but they couldn't tell me with who.
