On May 8, 2009 while vacationing in Tn. I rented a movie from Redbox. Then on June 15, 2009 I find on my bank statement that they charged me $27.44 because I did not return the movie. But on May 9, 2009 I did indeed return the movie. Never again will I rent from Redbox. Now I know why when you call them, they are sorry for the wait due to a high call volume.
