On May 14, 2009. My cell was stolen/lost. I called Tmobile on that day to stop service, and I went to file police report that the phone was lost. I put in claim with Asurion. After a 24 review, they claim was denied because they said I turned service off on May 18, 2009, which was false. And on top of that, they stated the sim card was removed and placed in another phone, and whomever stole my phone had the same circle of friends because call were made.
