I purchased flowers from proflowers.com Mothers Day of 2008 and again Aug 08. I remember there being a popup when I was checking out with them. but I certainly didn't sign up for a monthly program. Over a year later, I was charged $83.88 to my credit card. I called them to find out why and they told me I "apparently didn't read the agreement when I clicked on the pop-up.
