Entered into a loan modification with AHMSI. Everything was hunky dory then 4 months into making my payments on time I recieved a notice that my payment would double due to a "escrow shortage". I checked my sched. A from my modifcation and found that an "escrow shortage" was part of what was capitalized during the modification process.
