l registered with my debit card details to receive free sample of a product and only pay for postage and packaging. But to my surprise l was invoiced three times of the same amount on the same day using the details submitted to them. They claim that l should have called to notify them that l do not need the item any more. But they are refusing to refund 3 lots of £74.39 taken from my account. read full review »
