CHASE IS HORRIBLE...they refuse to remove MIP insurance an on FHA loan that is well under the 78% necessary for it to be removed... They say it's HUD and HUD says it's up to the mortgage company...hence, Chase...we got a letter from them today as an answer to WHY they refuse to remove the MIP and there is no answer in it...this is our FOURTH ATTEMPT at this and we only get the run around...then we were charged MIP TWICE last month and we were told it would be worked out over 12 months...come on!!!
