I signed up for this service and within ten minutes while starting to download their info to start to listen to music I noticed that they do share files and I don't want my computer exposed and accessible to anyone else, so I immediately contacted them to cancel my membership. Even though their 24/7 online support wasn't working I submitted a ticket. I was told that their policy is that they don't give refund and I should have read their terms better.
