For those of you considering doing business with this company RUN as fast as you can. I completed an apps with this company at the end of may for a HUD purchase. All documents were sent to to this company, who apparetnly cannot read. Today (June 16th) I was told by one of the client specialist (that's what they call themselves) that it's probably best "we" meaning them & me part because their UW dept would not agree to fund an escrow repair loan for $330, in which the seller was paying me the buyer for the repairs.
