I purchased software via joomlabest.com to build a photo shop on line. I paid via moneybookers. It took 5 days to get the download link and when I uploaded the software the configuration was corrupt. I emailed to the vendor (who is an affiliate of ktools.net) and asked them to investigate the problem. I provided ftp information. No response. I then contacted ktools.net and lodged a complaint and received no reply. I contacted moneybookers and no response.
