was told by Verizon that i had a 118.00 bill for long distance (i don't have long distance but i get charged for certain areas about 10 miles from me) . they said since i pay my bill late my long distance gets sent to a different company. so if i pay my bill whether its on time or late i still paid the whole bill! where is the money i sent Verizon, isn't it their responsibility to forward it to them or give it back to me? read full review »
