All products sold by this company are in violation of United States Trademark Laws. Many of their golf items are advertised on their website as OEM, which in the US means Original Equipment Manufacturer, while others are clearly labelled as replicas. In fact, all items are "replicas" or fakes, constituting fraudulent use of the manufacturers' names. read full review »

At least eight drop ship orders for golf equipment arrived at customers in US as damaged or wrong products. LightintheBox agreed to settle disputes filed with PayPal by paying partial refunds for damaged items and a full refund for an item confiscated by USCBP. However, once disputes were cleared by PayPal the company has refused to pay the promised refunds. read full review »
