I preordered The Sims 3 Collector's Edition from the EA store back on the first of February. It was released in early June. They charged my Paypal account the day I ordered, but it is now June 16th, and the order is STILL in process. I contacted them via telephone, and they said that there were so many orders they were behind. However, the item has been in department stores for well over a week now! Not only that, but contacting them by email is impossible, since there is a glitch ont their site that makes the email process unusable. read full review »
